New virtual card products will allow cardholders to shop on-line, while keeping cardholder information protected.

Carta Worldwide announces that the Company has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding with Mint Technology Corp. ("Mint"), for the formation of Mint Global Processing LLC (MGP). MGP will utilize Carta’s processing technology platform, to extend capability for processing a range of mobile banking and other financial products throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for other financial institutions.

Carta is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Carta management team: Wayne Clarke and Nemer Abourizk. Mr. Clarke has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and brings deep payment industy expertise to Carta's management team. Mr. Abourizk will be acting in a legal and advisory role, and draws on extensive experience in technology, telecom and financial growth business.

Carta is pleased to announce the closing of a $4.3 million equity raise. Multiple investors participated, including participation from existing Carta shareholders, as well as new investors. The proceeds will be used to fund on-going research and development and business development activities.
