Senior Business Development Executive

Position Description:
The Business Development Executive will report to Regional Director and Global Vice President of Sales and will be primarily focused on sales and business development for advanced payment processing solutions to emerging payments marketplace. Targeted accounts include financial institutions, mobile operators, program managers, insurance companies, public transit providers and governments. The Business Development Executive will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients and will be responsible for managing all aspects of interaction with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create new business opportunities within a given territory
- Establish and achieve performance expectations
- Manage existing client accounts and relationships for performance and service
- Provide and demonstrate expertise with Carta’s products and services to potential clients
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years work experience in advanced technology sales in B2B environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Post Secondary Level Education [Engineering Degree or MBA preferred]
- Fluency in English and/or either one of the following German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Arabic [multilingual applicants preferred]
- Highly competitive and goal oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
