Reconciliation Manager

Position Description:
The Reconciliation Manager will report to the CFO and have responsibility for the management and reconciliation of all financial activity for a prepaid card program. The Reconciliation Manager will interact with Carta internal finance and partner ogranizations including issuing banks, networks, and vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and settlement with Issuing banks
- Reconciliation and settlement with loading networks
- Client outbound Invoice generation
- Client inbound Invoice approval/payment
- Issuing bank outbound invoice generation
- Issuing bank inbound invoice approval/payment
- Supplier Invoice approval/payment
- Quarterly MasterCard Reporting
- Cardholder financial adjustments
- Cardholder refund management
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor degree level education (or higher)
- High proficiency with accounting and financial principles
- Highly numerate and strong verbal and written English language skills
- Background with similar roles in a fast growing B2B2C focused company
- Experience utilizing real time IT and customer service systems
- Familiarity with payment cards/ATMs/POS devices and understand the prepaid card payments ecosystem
- The ability to identify gaps in processes and design effective solutions
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
