Compliance Analyst

Position Openings in the Following Locations:

Toronto, Canada
London, UK

Position Description:

The Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will assist the in the adviser’s “manager of managers” oversight compliance program for a Carta group.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coding automated surveillance systems
Reviewing potential guideline issues
Reviewing monthly checklists
Assisting in the development and maintenance of the compliance program
Development and on-going maintenance of data protection policy and procedures in a variety of jurisdictions where Carta operates

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience in the banking industry supporting regulatory processes related to anti-money laundering reporting to various governmental agencies in Canada and the European Union
Knowledge of data protection laws in Canada and the EU/UK with a background in Finance and Accounting
