Client Support and Systems Administration Assistant

Position Description:
The Client support and systems administration assistant is a member of the 2nd tier client support team and reports to the Operations Manager. It is their responsibility to handle client issues and queries in addition to the administration of various aspects of the daily operational business of Carta Worldwide. Operations is a business critical 24/7 process that provides client facing services and day to day processes that ensure business is transacted effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Client Support

- Manage queries relating to issues/queries about the systems, processes or 3rd party suppliers that Carta is operating on behalf of the client
- Solving issues/queries relating to cardholder accounts that are escalated past a Customer Services Representative
- Co-ordinate communications and responses to client issues/queries.
- Operation of incident resolution process
- Out-of-hours support primary contact
Payment program administration activities

- Chargeback administration
- Fraud monitoring
- Daily systems checks
- High level reconciliation of payment systems
- User administration
- Change request administration
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with customer support/relationship management
- Ability to utilize real time IT and customer service systems
- Sound knowledge of payment cards/ATMs/POS devices
- Background fraud prevention
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective relationship builder at all levels, externally with clients as well as internally with colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
